2. What Revealia Is

Revealia is an AI-powered ingredient scanner that provides health scores and ingredient analysis for consumer products. The information provided by Revealia is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional dietary or medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet based on information from this app.

3. Accuracy of Information

Revealia uses artificial intelligence to analyze product ingredients. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis may contain errors or omissions. Ingredient formulations change. Products vary by region. We cannot guarantee that every analysis is complete or up to date. We are not liable for decisions made based on information provided by the app.

Our health scores represent our independent assessment based on scientific literature and ingredient analysis. They do not reflect the views of food manufacturers, regulatory bodies, or healthcare organizations.

4. Subscription and Payments

Revealia offers a free tier and a paid subscription. Subscription pricing is displayed within the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Revealia to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our ingredient database or health scores commercially.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI prompts or scoring methodology.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or access paid features without payment.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Revealia including the scoring methodology, design, branding, and software is the property of Revealia and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Revealia is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information provided. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revealia and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on app analysis, data loss, or service interruptions.
